Matt spent the first 15+ years of his career working in talent acquisition before transitioning into a career in customer success and customer experience, where he’s been for the last 12 years. His experiences in customer success have varied from an individual contributor in a company in the midst of being a high-growth startup, to where he is now, leading healthcare and academic customer success for North America and overseeing ~$300M in annual renewal revenue. Matt was fortunate enough to have spent 18 months working in Europe, where he was responsible for leading a pilot of the what is now the foundation for scaled customer success efforts at LinkedIn. He is very passionate about developing future leaders, innovating within customer success, and driving customer experience and value. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two dogs, while also finding time for two of his other passions, amateur photography and travel.
