With over 25 years of experience in sales, customer success, and cybersecurity, he is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and ability to drive innovation at scale. Alex has led global initiatives that improve consistency, efficiency, and growth while keeping customer outcomes at the center. Previously, he directed Cisco’s Global Customer Success Specialists for Security Acquisitions, enabling measurable value and stronger security outcomes for customers worldwide. Before Cisco, he held senior leadership roles at Juniper Networks, Aspect Software, and Nortel Networks. Alex holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from ITBA. Passionate about mentoring the next generation of technology leaders, he shares insights on the future of customer success, cybersecurity, and AI.
