Previously, he directed Cisco’s Global Customer Success Specialists for Security Acquisitions, enabling measurable value and stronger security outcomes for customers worldwide. Before Cisco, he held senior leadership roles at Juniper Networks, Aspect Software, and Nortel Networks. Alex holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from ITBA.
