As the RVP of Customer Success, he is leading the Enterprise EMEA segment by driving forward the vision, expectations and operations and with that he is constantly defining what good looks like. Mentoring and coaching managers and CSM's into a self-sufficient team and empowering them to develop individually is at the heart of what he does.
