Panel| The commercial CSM: Operationalising CS as a growth function
Customer Success is increasingly expected to drive revenue but what does that actually look like in practice for CSMs? In this panel, leaders share how they’re enabling CSMs to confidently own renewal and expansion motions without turning them into quota-carrying sales reps. From account planning and pipeline visibility to compensation alignment and tooling, you’ll hear how organisations are building the skills, structure, and guardrails needed for CS to contribute meaningfully to growth. Expect a tactical discussion on training, commercial confidence, and where to draw the line between Customer Success and Sales so CS can drive revenue without losing its customer-first foundation.
