That means building role-mapped learning paths aligned to MITRE ATT&CK and the NICE Framework, integrating training into live SOC workflows, running data-driven QBRs, and helping organisations connect upskilling directly to retention, compliance, and security posture improvement. Before TryHackMe, Orla spent time at Darktrace building trusted relationships with enterprise clients across North America, focused on driving adoption and demonstrating long-term value from AI security solutions.
