Becky is a Customer Success executive dedicated to improving customer experience (CX), driving measurable impact, and delivering meaningful outcomes. Her career spans customer success, sales, and marketing, where she has built and led CX functions across SaaS, technology, and professional services organizations. She specializes in scaling customer success teams, enhancing service delivery, and identifying the moments that matter most to elevate customer value.
Becky has held leadership roles including Customer Success Leader at Actian, Civitas, and MVPIndex; Senior Client Partner in Professional Services at Publicis Sapient; and Marketing and Go-to-Market leader at Deloitte and EY. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Actian, she leads global CX strategy, technical implementation, user research, and analytics across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. She also oversees the Executive Customer Advisory Board program, ensuring strong alignment between customer needs and business strategy.
