With over 15 years of experience in SaaS, he is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering meaningful value and impact for customers. Throughout his career, Jeff has led both sales and customer success organizations across North America, including playing a key frontline leadership role at Meltwater during its growth from $50M ARR to its $1B IPO. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he is responsible for product strategy, the end-to-end customer lifecycle, and overall business performance, including GM and P&L. Jeff is driven by a focus on impact, ROI, and delivering value-based outcomes for customers.
