He has led multinational teams through major transformations, including M&A integrations, service delivery redesigns, and the evolution of customer engagement models. Philippe consistently delivers improvements in customer satisfaction, employee engagement, net revenue retention, and operational performance. Currently, Philippe serves as Chief Customer Officer, Americas Hospitality and Vice President of Customer Success at The Access Group, where he leads a comprehensive customer organization spanning success management, onboarding, support, and operations. He is passionate about investing in people, aligning cross-functional teams, and creating lasting value for both customers and the business.
