In her career, she has led sales, customer success and strategy, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. Hitting success metrics like increasing ARR, cost avoidance, increasing average deal size, and close ratios in the mid-marketing and enterprise segments, streamlined efficiencies in sales/AM/client onboarding process. She's forged channel partnerships to tap into new revenue lines; broken new business and grown client revenue over time into six, seven and eight-figure deals.
