Farhad’s career in customer success spans all facets of the field, from mentoring and developing teams to building success programmes, managing renewals, driving expansions, and supporting sales. Over the course of his career, he has significantly increased client satisfaction, strengthened adoption, and driven substantial growth in client sales. He attributes this success to what he considers the foundations of strong business relationships: trust, honesty, and integrity. Known for challenging both his clients and his team, Farhad ensures that his work remains engaging, innovative, and enjoyable. He currently leads a Customer Success Organisation within a wider Global Success function at a leading CX/CRM firm (Zendesk). In this role, he focuses on maximising retention and expansion across his team’s portfolio, delivering strong ROI for customers, while dedicating a significant amount of his time to developing his team and supporting their career growth.
