Valerie joined TrustArc in September 2021 to lead the account management team for TrustArc and quickly transformed processes and results for both renewals and expansion. As TrustArc’s Chief Customer Officer, Valerie oversees all Sales and Service Delivery teams with the sole goal of aligning people, processes and tools around TrustArc customers and their success. Prior to joining TrustArc, Valerie led sales, account management, customer success and service teams for ClearSlide (sold to BigTinCan in January 2021), MindManager (a division of Alludo), and Lyris. Her 18+ years of sales, success and service experience combined with her empathetic leadership style and expertise in process- and data-oriented sales and customer success models create a dynamic combination that achieves results for customers and internal stakeholders alike. Valerie holds degrees from Willamette University and California State University, Fresno, and she is an active executive member of Pavilion.
