Panel | One GTM motion: Unlock cross-functional collaboration to drive stronger customer outcomes
High-performing go-to-market strategies aren’t owned by a single team, they’re built at the intersection of Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product. Unpack how cross-functional collaboration actually works in practice: - aligning incentives - sharing accountability, and - designing operating rhythms that keep teams focused on the same customer and revenue outcomes. Panelists will discuss where collaboration most often breaks down, what they’ve done to fix it, and how CCOs can lead GTM alignment without adding layers of complexity.
