The video advantage: How ZoomInfo scales personalized customer experiences
In an era marked by rapid growth and increasing demands for Customer Success leaders to deliver more with fewer resources, Mary Iapicca, VP of Customer Experience at ZoomInfo, will share how companies can digitally scale high-touch, human-centered experiences with video to drive growth and efficiencies. Joined by Dan Sylvester, SVP of Revenue at SundaySky, the two will highlight the transformative power of video as a strategic resource in creating best-in-class customer experiences. Mary will share real-world examples and how-to applications from her video strategy across ZoomInfo’s customer journey. Attendees will learn: — What strategic, video-enabled customer journeys look like. — How to measure real video impact on operational efficiencies, customer engagement, and business outcomes. — How to integrate video into your existing CS tech stack, with tools like Salesforce and Gainsight. — How to operationalize video across business functions and foster shared ownership, from customer enablement to customer marketing. — How to assess your organization’s video “readiness” and maturity. (Hint: everyone’s ready; it’s about setting expectations for what you can and cannot do.) Perfect for CS professionals aiming to leverage video for improved customer education, deeper customer engagement, and scaled operational efficiency, this session is a must-attend for those ready to integrate video into their digital-first customer strategy.
