Lauren
Mimms
Senior Director of Client Success
Garner Health
Lauren Mimms is a client success leader with a track record of deepening enterprise client relationships and building the teams that carry them. As Senior Director of Client Success at Garner Health, she leads enterprise client success managers responsible for the company's largest employer accounts, accountable for retention, product adoption, member engagement, and revenue growth. Her strength is building teams that work shoulder to shoulder with clients, so a client's own goals drive the work. She believes client success should help a company grow, not just keep customers from leaving, and that most of what makes a client stay happens quietly, well before anyone opens a ticket or starts thinking about the renewal. She builds the systems and standards her team runs on, and, with no engineering background, built the underlying tools herself with AI. Her path shapes how she works. Before Garner she was at Jellyvision, helping large employers make sense of complex benefits decisions for their people. Prior to that she spent years in higher education at Northwestern University and the University of Chicago, and began her career as an archaeologist. The common thread is translation: taking genuinely complicated material and making it legible, and useful, to the people who have to act on it.

Practical AI for customer success: Organize, scale, and lead better
AI is already reshaping customer success, but many teams still struggle with where to start and how to make it practical. In this session, Lauren Mimms will share tangible ways both CSMs and people managers can use AI to better organize their book of business, track priorities, and build simple tools that solve real team needs. Drawing on her experience leading a client success AI think tank, she’ll show how AI can support day-to-day execution for individual contributors while also helping managers improve visibility, team performance, and scalability. This session is designed to give both audiences clear, realistic examples they can apply immediately. Key takeaways: - Practical ways individual contributors can use AI to manage their book of business more effectively - Examples of how managers can use AI to improve team organization, KPI visibility, and scalability - A framework for identifying real CS problems that AI can help solve - Ideas for building simple internal AI tools instead of relying only on external vendors - Clear starting points for teams at different levels of AI maturity
