Lynette Kontny is the Director of Customer Success at 1Password, the leader in human-centric security and privacy that’s trusted by over 100,000 businesses and millions of consumers. Over the last 4 years, Lynette has built a customer success function from the ground up at 1Password, and today oversees a team of 40+ people who work with business customers across all segments to ensure their security and privacy goals are achieved. In her role, Lynette’s primary focus is to work closely with her team and the company’s customers to ensure high retention rates. She also continually focuses on team development and iterating with automation, digital, and AI as both the company and team scale quickly. Prior to joining 1Password, Lynette was the Chief Operating Officer of Rockstar Coders (a digital agency specializing in custom software solutions), and the Chief Operating Officer at Highrise HQ (a SaaS CRM built by Basecamp).
