Matt Denton is the Vice President of Customer Success & Business Value at ID.me, where he leads efforts to deliver measurable outcomes for both public and private sector partners. Since joining in late 2023, Matt has been focused on evolving the Customer Success function to be a strategic, value-focused partner - embedding outcome-based frameworks, scaling delivery models, and aligning executive engagement around realized impact. Prior to ID.me, Matt held senior leadership roles at Confluent, ServiceNow, and VMware - where he built and scaled global Value Management teams that reshaped how enterprise organizations justify and realize technology investments. At Confluent, he created a global Value Management practice that drove 1.5x higher win rates and was instrumental in mandating business cases for all large new and renewal opportunities. At ServiceNow, Matt led a 70+ person global team covering AMS, EMEA, and APJ, delivering value strategies on over $1B in annual pipeline and proving a 2x uplift in win rates and renewals when Value Management was engaged. Earlier, at VMware, he served as a Value Engineering leader helping customers transition to IT-as-a-Service models while demonstrating ROI and cost transformation through VMware solutions.
