Randall is an innovative business strategist and tenacious entrepreneur with a decade of experience in management consulting and corporate strategy for Fortune 500 companies and private equity investors. He has played a key role in launching and scaling three ventures and has worked within two corporate incubators. Across all of his endeavors, Randall is driven by a passion for improving the human experience. He currently leads a customer success team at Qualtrics, serving the U.S. Public Sector. In this role, he takes a consultative approach to customer success, partnering with clients to design and enhance business programs that drive measurable outcomes such as increased customer spending, improved employee retention, stronger brand loyalty, greater product value, and more.
