Rovi Oblea is the Head of Customer Success for commercial real estate digital at JP Morgan Chase. She has been with the firm for the past 12 years and spent the first few years at the bank as Business Operations Executive leading auto finance, credit card and retail client service teams. She was responsible for an organization of over 1,500 employees. In 2019, she moved to SF Bay area as Market Director in charge of driving deposits and investments and overseeing a network of Chase retail branches with about $4.5B in revenue. Prior to JPMC, Rovi spent 6 years at Teleperformance where she was a Sr. Director for Operations and Strategic Global Accounts. She led a team of geographically dispersed account and operations managers providing day-to-day client management and leadership to 2,500+ employees. She sees her current role in customer success as a culmination of all her previous work experiences, driving revenue growth through client-centricity.
