In his current role, Zach aims to make sure his customers continue to get the most out of their investments and to gain an in-depth understanding of their defined success criteria so the company can meet those goals. He believes that his CSM team are trusted advisors that act as the liaison for customers' needs, concerns and feedback back to the product at Veeam, a data protection and ransomware recovery platform where Zach is the Director of Enterprise Customer Success Team.
