Martin is an accomplished Customer Success executive with deep expertise in SaaS, FinTech, and enterprise financial services. He currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success for EMEA at Argus Media, where he leads a distributed team across the region, supporting 1,000+ customer accounts. In this role, Martin has redefined Customer Success operating models, shifted teams from a somewhat reactive to a more proactive engagement model, and implemented data-driven KPIs and dashboards to strengthen customer outcomes and commercial impact. Prior to Argus Media, Martin spent nearly 15 years at FactSet, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Manager of Customer Success for Banking & Brokerage, and Director of Customer Success for the Nordics, leading a team covering an array of clients across buy-side and sell-side. Later, he managed a large enterprise portfolio, facilitated complex digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives, consistently improving retention, expansion, and client health across tier-one financial institutions. Having started his career in Japan, Martin brings a strong international perspective, fluency in English, Swedish, and Japanese, and a long-standing passion for talent development, change management, and customer-centricity to his role.
