Driving customer adoption of AI tools
Telling customers to "use AI" doesn't work. The CS teams seeing adoption stick are doing something more specific: tying AI to individual workflows and daily tasks, building trust through verification and clear guardrails for how AI gets used, and treating governance as an enabler of adoption. But individual usage is only the starting point. The real value shows up when that usage compounds into institutional change, not just faster individuals. This session gets into the harder work of change management that makes that shift possible: leadership alignment and governance, change readiness and role-specific training, selecting high-value AI use cases to scale across teams, and positioning the technology to actually change how customers work.
