Heather
McCarthy
Director of Customer Success
iTradeNetwork
Heather McCarthy is a dynamic customer success leader who has built her career at the intersection of sales and partnerships.. Across roles spanning foodtech and B2B experience platforms, she has consistently thrived in high-volume, fast-changing environments — building the frameworks, teams, and processes that let creative, customer-facing businesses scale without losing what makes them work. She's driven by a hands-on, analytical approach: auditing existing systems, finding what's holding parts of the business back from reaching their full potential, and introducing the structure needed to drive profitability while preserving flexibility for the people doing the work. Heather currently serves as Director of Customer Success at iTradeNetwork. Previously, she spent nearly four years as Head of Culinary Partnerships at Zerocater, where she led the team responsible for sourcing and managing the company's nationwide network, launching 10 markets and growing the partnership network by 5x . Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Sales and Operations at Cozymeal — where she built the sales and operational support functions from the ground up. Across every role, Heather's throughline has been the same: cultivating trust with stakeholders and partners, and turning operational complexity into sustainable, profitable growth.

The CSM week: Designing time allocation that protects revenue
Most CS strategy conversations focus on structure: how to scale the team, which tools to build a digital engine on, where CS sits in the org chart. Few address the question a CSM manager actually has to answer every Monday, which is how a person should spend their 40 hours. In this session, Heather McCarthy, Director of Customer Success at iTradeNetwork, walks through a practical framework for allocating CSM time so proactive, revenue-protecting work, health checks, expansion conversations, adoption reviews, does not get crowded out by reactive support and firefighting. Attendees leave with a model they can apply directly to their own team's calendar.
