Lauren is a classical cellist turned tech manager, currently Manager, Customer Success at Cascade. She is experienced in building teams across sales and customer experience, and has found herself joining the early days of high-growth startups. Her passions center around empowering and providing resources to those who want to break into tech (particularly into roles that don't require coding abilities). Lauren's belief is that there is a place in tech for everyone and that the most valuable employees are those that can bring their unique experiences, and express their creative attributes in different shapes and forms.
