His leadership has focused on building a culture of high performance first with systems & processes that support that, while also leveraging the latest in support methodologies & technology to improve the customer experience. Rahat's team at Rapid7 is one of the industry's first in implementing AI tooling, as early as 2022, and has incorporated many of the latest AI advancements in various aspects of the customer experience, including in predictive escalation resolution, an AI CoPilot for support engineers, and a KCS strategy with GenAI at its heart. Under his leadership, Rapid7 support has not only become a differentiator but is called upon to deliver proactive health improvements in its customer base.
