As Global Lead, Customer Success Operations & Strategy at Cisco, he and his team focus on driving strategic programs that focus on services growth and adoption by developing an execution strategy for customer success at Cisco. Utilizing customer behavior and KPI modeling to enrich our customer insights that they deliver to their customers. Roger is passionate about the customer journey, revenue retention, and achievement of desired business outcomes, and has extensive product knowledge coupled with creative ideas for innovation and customer success. As one of the original team members in Cisco's CS function, he has been integral in building it, and in particular its CSops division, from the ground up.
