Stephen Beck is Global Vice President of Customer Success, Education, and Enterprise Professional Services at Wind River Systems Inc. Prior to Wind River, Steve was Global Vice President of Professional Services at Certinia (formerly FinancialForce).   Steve was the Global Vice President of Customer Success for Oracle’s CX Sales and Service business and has held executive positions leading Customer Success and Professional Services teams at VMware, and RSA Security.  He started his career at Bell Laboratories in R&D as a UNIX software developer and product manager.  Steve is an angel investor and consultant on a wide range of topics regarding the high tech industry. He received his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and his B.S. in Computer Science from Brown University.
