As Senior Director of GTM Strategy and Operations at Databricks, he leads a team of high-performing professionals who partner with sales, field engineering, marketing, product, and finance teams to define and execute go-to-market strategy, optimize sales processes and operations, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. He leverages expertise in sales strategy, field engineering strategy, renewals strategy, technical enablement, and customer success strategy to help Databricks achieve its mission of democratizing data and AI across every business. Prior to joining Databricks, Vijay was a founding member of the Customer Success and Renewals Operations organization at Zendesk, where he developed customer health scores, data-driven frameworks, and cross-functional programs to improve retention and maximize revenue.
