Akash is am a Military BRAT and an ex-Pro Badminton player. In his free time, he likes to coach Badminton pro-bono or volunteer for Cancer Cure to give back. Akash currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Software AG for Asia Pacific and Japan. Over the last two decades, he has worked in Engineering and GTM roles – Sales and Customer Success for large tech firms like Adobe, Telstra, Pitney Bowes and Dynatrace in Australia and in the US. Akash has set-up multiple CSM functions, scaling recurring revenue by successfully building teams and CX Ops practices. He presently resides in Sydney and has a Bachelors of Applied Sciences in Computer Science from RMIT Uni and an MBA from Monash Business School both from Melbourne.
