As one of the early practitioners of Customer Success in Australia, Andrew pioneered the function when it was primarily seen in large companies, helping introduce and shape its role within start-ups and scale-ups. He has led initiatives across diverse environments, specialising in customer retention, growth, and building high-performing teams (both remote and onsite).
With a specialisation in the JAPAC region, Andrew has a deep understanding of the cultural and business nuances that shape successful customer engagement. His background includes SaaS, HR, payroll, and recruitment, delivering innovative solutions for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise companies globally. Andrew has also managed Agile squads across Europe and the Americas, further enhancing his ability to drive success in a variety of markets.
