His expertise includes successfully launching and scaling Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales Engineering operations from inception through startup and scale-up phases, to established organizations capable of sustaining multi-million MRR levels. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Learnworlds, Andriy leads the Global Customer Success Strategy, overseeing the satisfaction and retention of tens of thousands of Learnworlds Customers worldwide.
