He established and led the customer success function in APAC and Japan for Dropbox managing teams that provided consultative support to 100ās of customers throughout the engagement lifecycle and renewals for APJ.
David draws on 20 years of project and program management experience. This helps his teams better understand the customers view point, when engaging in change initiatives that reshape their professional landscapes.
