Revathi Venkatraman is the Head of Customer Success for the APAC region at Slack, based out of Sydney. She has extensive experience in successfully leading customer success, enterprise support, presales and professional services practices. Prior to Slack, she held leadership positions at Oracle, Citrix and Pluralsight, and in all these positions she developed a go-to-market strategy to support the sales organisation achieve YoY revenue growth. Revathi is passionate about the future of work, creating business impact and high value for customers. At Slack, she leads and contributes to Customer Success, Diversity, Earthtones and Women’s ERG forums. Revathi was added to Engati's 222 Top Influencers list for 2022, Engati's Top 200 World's Top Business and Technology Innovators and finalist of 2023 ISG Digital Rock Star Leader nomination. Revathi hails from India, she pursued her Chemical Engineering degree in India, broke some barriers in her own manner, spent a decade in New Zealand, and has been residing in Australia for the past 13 years.
