Kandace has been an Enterprise Customer Success Director at Salesforce for the last 3 years partnering with their largest enterprise manufacturing, agriculture, and foodservice distribution customers. Before joining Salesforce, she was a Sales Technology Transformation leader at a Fortune 100 company and has also held leadership roles related to Revenue Management, Sales Enablement, Organizational Readiness, and Data Science. She also has 10+ years of academic and industry experience in advanced analytics including a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering. She is a Certified Change Management Consultant (Prosci), Six Sigma Green Belt, and 6 times Salesforce Certified. She is based in Montgomery, Texas (Houston metro area), and is married to Eric and has two daughters. She loves running, attempting to practice yoga, reading, and going on vacations with her family.
