Nora O’Leary-Roseberry is a Customer Success leader focused on building scalable, digital-led CS motions for B2B SaaS organizations. Her work spans designing digital-first operating models, modernizing Voice of Customer and NPS programs, and helping CS teams make grounded decisions about technology, data, and AI. She brings a practitioner’s perspective on evaluating CS platforms, improving signal quality, and translating customer insight into action across Product, Sales, and CS.
