Prior to Flosum, he spent 11 years at Salesforce, where he led customer success and advisory services for major enterprise accounts, including Dell, HP, 3M, Amazon, and Cisco. His deep expertise spans across customer lifecycle management, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. Scott is also an active community volunteer, supporting organizations such as Komen Central Texas and St. Vincent de Paul.
