Currently leading Customer Success at Flosum, Scott has played a key role in transforming the company’s onboarding strategy, leveraging automation to create a more efficient and scalable approach. Prior to Flosum, he spent 11 years at Salesforce, where he led customer success and advisory services for major enterprise accounts, including Dell, HP, 3M, Amazon, and Cisco. His deep expertise spans across customer lifecycle management, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
Scott is also an active community volunteer, supporting organizations such as Komen Central Texas and St. Vincent de Paul. Passionate about helping companies deliver seamless customer experiences, he brings a wealth of knowledge on building scalable, high-impact onboarding programs.
