She has extensive experience building high-performing teams and aligning post-sale strategies to deliver strong business outcomes.
Previously, she held senior leadership roles at high-growth SaaS companies including Mutiny, 6sense, and Drift. At Mutiny, she led the entire post-sale experience across Customer Success, Support, and Technical Services. At 6sense, she managed the company’s largest Customer Success segment and launched initiatives to identify and overcome renewal risks.
