Molly Bruttomesso is a marketing and customer success leader with a career spanning global advertising, enterprise SaaS, and high-growth technology companies. A graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, she began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi/Publicis and BBDO, working on some of the world’s largest brands. She later joined Salesforce as Vice President of Customer Success for Marketing Cloud, where she oversaw the Radian6 and Buddy Media acquisitions and helped scale data-driven, AI-enabled marketing practices. Throughout her career, Molly has led and developed high-performing, early-career teams, with a focus on growing modern marketing skills at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology. She has run customer success and post-sales organizations at companies including Sprinklr, Wunderkind, Signals (now Kenshoo), and Kargo. Passionate about AI as an accelerator of human creativity rather than a replacement, Molly advocates for responsible AI adoption that empowers marketers and expands opportunity and accelerates team’s growth. She is a world traveler having been to 79 countries and counting, but Williamsburg, Brooklyn is home with her two children.
