Prior to Imprivata, Rob was AVP of CS at Trellix, where he led a transformation of the CSM program to become a proactive health centric customer engagement model. He has also held leadership roles at HackerOne and Rapid7 where he focused on integrating teams post-acquisition as well as coaching and developing his teams to drive adoption, risk identification, and value realization with their customers.
