Stewart leads JD Power's Voice of Customer (VOC) solutions covering the retail automotive markets in the US, Canada and Mexico. His portfolio spans the full spectrum of the customer journey, from vehicle design, to product quality and performance, to the shopping, purchase and service experiences. Many of the ever-evolving solutions in the portfolio are approaching 50th anniversaries and are used by virtually every automaker, alongside an array of other industry stakeholders, to benchmark performance and inform strategy.
