Grant leads Proofpoint’s international customer success team of over 100 spanning the United States, Argentina, UK, Israel, Japan, and Australia. Proofpoint provide the most effective cybersecurity and compliance solutions to protect people and data on every channel including email, phone, the web, the cloud, and social media. With a customer satisfaction rate over 95% and yearly renewal rate of more than 90%, Grant’s focus is on finding ways to innovate for even better customer outcomes during a time of rapid expansion as the company scales towards $2bn in revenues through organic and acquisitional growth globally. Prior to joining Proofpoint in 2022, Grant worked at SAP, a €28bn enterprise software company, in the global customer success strategy execution team with responsibility for bringing together sales, services, customer engagement, and renewal leaders to execute as one across the customer journey. On a personal level, Grant and his family are located near London, England. In his spare time, he plays volleyball, loves travelling the world with his family, and is renovating yet another home.
