Julia Matviichuk holds the position of Chief Customer Success Officer at Hily and Taimi Dating Apps. By the age of 24, she successfully grew a team of eight into a global department of over 150 employees spanning multiple languages and time zones. Her current role involves overseeing customer support, content moderation, and product research teams, and she leads the company-wide implementation of AI technologies. While working for Taimi, Julia and her team have launched a suicide prevention project and have trained support agents to provide adequate help to LGBTQ+ users who have suicidal thoughts.
