Fred Tsai is a customer success executive, GTM advisor, and board member to growth-stage SaaS companies. Fred was most recently VP, Customer Success at Checkr where he led customer adoption, retention, and expansion for a $200M ARR book of business spanning enterprise, mid-market, and SMB. He joined Checkr from Liferay where he was the company’s first VP, Customer Success responsible for building out the team from 0 to 50. Fred also served as Senior Director, Customer Success Strategy at Salesforce where he helped pioneer the digital/scaled customer engagement motion. Prior to starting his customer success career, Fred was a product and strategy leader at Dell. Fred serves as a customer success and GTM advisor to venture-backed technology companies including AutoFi, Sprout, and Basebuild where he is also a board director.
