Suzanna Jarrett has spent 11+ years in the technology industry working in sales, sales enablement, and customer success enablement roles across IBM, Slack, and Salesforce. Suzanna joined Slack almost 6 years ago as one of the first members of the Slack enablement team and helped scale Slack's global enablement function from a team of 4 people to 28. She has also led the charge of building the enablement team from the ground up for Slack's entire global customer success organization including success, renewals, and professional services roles. Currently, her team drives the internal learning & enablement strategy for Slack global success & services, in order to equip these teams with the knowledge and skills they need to engage with customers and be successful in their roles. These initiatives span across the end-to-end learner journey from onboarding, product & offerings go-to-market, customer methodology, skill development & more.
