Avinash is the Principal Leader for the Customer Success Organization supporting IBM’s Financial Services clients. He leads a team of technical CSMs to help clients innovate and realize value from IBM's strategic offerings around artificial intelligence, automation, security, and OpenShift. Before moving back to the US in 2022, Avinash was on a 5-year assignment in the UK to build a technical team to partner with IBM's clients in EMEA, with a focus on AI. Avinash has proven credentials in building technical teams to foster innovation, executing on novel technical projects, and delivering successful client outcomes. The focus on technical innovation has enabled Avinash's clients to be pioneers in adopting novel technologies and architectures in AI Governance and Hybrid Cloud. Avinash is deeply passionate about technology. He has over 25 approved patents and is an IEEE-published author. His current personal project is to write an illustrative book on AI for 9 to 12-year-olds to promote awareness about technology and AI ethics.
