Frank has driven CX team growth at several startups, most notably building and leading all post-sales customer teams at HubSpot from startup through IPO, before becoming HubSpot’s CIO to enable the company’s global expansion. Frank has served in a variety of roles throughout his career, including CEO, CCO, COO, CIO, SVP CX, and VP of Engineering. He’s a passionate challenger of the status quo and loves finding new ways to scalably bring value to customers.
