Ishana is a first-generation immigrant from India, having spent half her life in the vibrant cities of Jaipur and Mumbai. Her journey led her to New York, where Ishana pursued a graduate degree in Integrated Marketing at New York University. Over the past decade, Ishana has built her career in GTM organizations across media & entertainment, tech, most recently at Darktrace, a global leader in Cybersecurity AI. At Darktrace, Ishana's had the privilege of shaping the customer success role lifecycle—from being a foundational CS leader pre-IPO to leading the strategic customer success team. Her efforts have contributed to historical business performance with one clear focus: driving value for their customers.
