George is reimagining customer support by moving away from traditional reactive models to build consultative, creative, and genuinely helpful teams. With years of experience in customer-facing roles, he is passionate about setting a new standard for support, making it a core part of what drives success for both businesses and their customers.
Before leading the support team at Clay, George built support from the ground up at an early-stage startup and spent over five years in the web analytics space. Outside of work, George is a cellist and serves as a Board Member with the Greenwich Village Orchestra. He credits his time in the arts with shaping his creative approach to problem-solving.
