Katherine Gutierrez is the Sales Operations Manager at Oticon, where she oversees the Inside Sales and Regional Audiology teams. She began her career in Customer Experience, advanced to a Customer Service Trainer within Learning & Development, and now leads within Sales Operations. Her cross-functional experience has strengthened her expertise in collaboration and communication across departments, and she values how partnering with USU has helped bridge organizational gaps. A New Jersey native, Katherine is passionate about fitness training and is married with two beautiful boys who are her greatest inspiration.
