Larry has been with OnSIP since May of 2010, when thye were a startup of less than 20. They are now part of Ooma, a supplier of phone, messaging, video and advanced communications serving over 1.2 million users. Before coming to OnSIP, Larry was a network/systems administrator and photojournalist. He is also am a local elected official and retired volunteer firefighter. OnSIP have a support team of 7 that has had a consistently high CSAT rating of over 98% in the past 12 years. The team has an average tenure of 8.5 years. They serve customers and each other with empathy, and are committed to supporting their customers every day.
