Ruy Alencar is the Head of Customer Success Americas for Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions. He is responsible for customer retention and customer support across Broadridge's front office agency and principal trading solutions. Ruy has more than a decade of experience in the fintech space, previously running the service desk for the Americas at Fidessa. Prior to leadership roles, Ruy built a service foundation leveraging ITIL principles in critical incident management. As a Service Manager, Ruy managed a portfolio of globally distributed accounts encompassing an ACV of over $100M.
